Thanks for your comment. ek aur baat app apna project id bataye so that uska reason me bhi samko batao online apka qc report, apka agreement sign copy saab mil jayega once you give me your project id. Saab ko pata hona chaiye na that hum ullu banate hai app ko kaam karna nahi ata. Wese ek saying hai bad carpenter blames his tools. App capable nahi ho then only you blame the company mere pass sare proof hai agreement par apki sign hogi, qc reports hogi and also the communication has been done my email. and also jab bhi comment karo apne details toh do. Dev bas ???? isse kya hota hai that you are hidding your identity. Agar app right ho to come in front why you hidding yourself.

      Dear Nitesh,

      We were not at all satisfied with the QC report due to following reasons:

      1) As per our discussion with the our point of contact, Varsha Jadha
      (Career Computer Institute & District Co-Ordinators Nashik). She explained us that the accuracy will be calculated on per page basis
      (i.e. 40% error per page to achieve 60% accuracy).

      2) The accuracy is calculated according to percent (%). Which means that, it should be the percentage calculation of 600 pages.

      3) While explaining the terms and conditions, they never told us that
      even if one mistake per page is found then it will come under rework.

      4) We found while explaining they were not transparent. They always kept us under darkness.

      5) At regular interval of time we had send pages for QC to check our accuracy. At least during that time they should have told us about error calculations.

      We really worked hard to achieve the target of 600 pages within 30 days.
      And even we had spent our precious money and time to achieve it.

      Any more clarification required, kindly let me know.

    I am currently working in a BPO in Pune. I want to first try if I can do this and if there is really some money in this. I cannot quit my job and start full time work from Symtronics so my question to the company is - Do u guys have work that requires only 3 hours per day? I mean, I can give this much commitment initially and if all works well then I can quit my job and switch 100% to this work.     Keep in mind once you become their victims you can't do anything since they enjoy the terms of agreements. You can't even complain in consumer court since they don't come under their jurisdiction......
    So it's better safe to be away from such kinds od scams....

      Who told you that we do not come under the jurisdiction. We are not above law. Had that been the case, we would not have issued stamp paper agreement. Work hard, work sincerely, work diligently and you will earn.There are no free lunches in the world mate !

      Mr. Sameer Bhave, A ten rupee stamp paper agreement is nothing but a useless paper which you guys provide us. One more thing, you said work hard, sincerely etc, Why you guys take deposit while giving the project.
      My friends, Only genuine work is that which doesn't needs any amount to be deposited, just work & get paid for that. Not like these cheaters who will surely drown ur deposit with wastage of your hard work & time. So Please keep yourself away from such Cheaters.

    if i use software for data conversion and the accuracy is 100% and u r getting the 100% accurate pages then why are u not paying us.
    And by the way can you tell what are these pages used for.
    and we have deadline for submission but you dont have deadline for it.
    and why do u charge application fees for when you are getting 200rs per page for sure

      I also want to know the answer of all these questions which Rohit asked. I am interested in your plans but want to know answers of these questions.
      I want to add some more questions that if your company is doing data conversion work in data typing means Image (binary format) to text (ASCII format), then why you don't allow to use MS Word as there are less facilities in notepad software? If you get more accuracy by typing in MS word then Why there is Restriction?
      If you want accuracy 100% then why you charge separate Rs.3000/- for the software for checking the text files to enhance accuracy, it should be free of cost as its not possible for humans to get 100% accuracy for any plan and specially for center based plan? I thought you provide software as well included in the deposit amount.

    So far only 2-3 people have earned full payment out of approx lakh plans sold. There are so many filtering parameters ...first one is of quality which is difficult....second prevention on usage of software. Why ? The company should be concerned with the output if it is really being asked by the client. The reason that clause is there because it ensures accuracy and the burden of payout is on the company and they are ossified in protecting their money. So, that helps the company in preventing the payout. So, it is a sort of manufactured dissent in the garb of quality expectations. Then company will play with your emotions by showing false data of multiple logins and thats a technical issue. If you challenge them, they will ask you to contact google or someone else. That is basically shunning the responsibility of checking and focussing on sales to trap more and more people and the circle is too vicious.STAY AWAY FROM THIS IF YOU HAVE COME ON THIS PAGE .

    SYMTRONICS SOLUTIONS IS A FRAUD COMPANY. THEY ARE CHEATERS & OWNER NITESH KHAWANI IS A BIG CHEATER AS HIS NAME SUGGESTS "KHAWANI" MEANS KHANE KA SHAUKH FOKAT ME. HE IS KNOWN FOR HIS CHEATING HOBBY. HE HAS NOT LEFT ANY ONE BEING LEFT FROM CHEATING. HE CHEATS HIS CUSTOMERS, EMPLYEES AND EVEN HIS FAMILY.


    I HAD TAKEN DATA TYPING WORK FROM HIS COMPANY. EVEN AFTER 100 % ACCURACY THEY SENT ME FAKE REPORT AND THEY CALL IT "JHOL" REPORT VERY SHAMEFULLY. THEY PAID ME JUST RS. 10000 AGAINST MY OF RS. 1.2 LAKHS.

    I GOT INFORMATION FORM HIS OFFICE THAT HE IS RUNNING COMAPY BY NAME SYMTRONICS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD. WHOSE DIN NO. IS CANCELLED DUE TO LOT OF COMPLAINTS. EVEN HE HIS OPERATING BANK ACCOUNTS BY THIS NAME. I HAVE GIVEN THIS INFO TO REGISTRAR. SOON HIS OFFICE WILL BE SEALED AND HE WILL BE PENALISED.

    BESIDES ALL THIS, I GOT INFO THAT HIS CHARACTER IS ALSO NOT GOOD. HE IS HAVING AFFAIRS WITH HIS EMPLOYEES TOO AND EXPLOIT THEM BY TEMPTING THEM BY GIVING EXTRA MONEY UNOFFICIALLY. I HAVE MANY PROOFS WHICH I WILL SEND HIS OFFICE AND HOME SOON. HE DON'T ADD ANYONE TO HIS FB ACCOUNT AS HE IS GOING TO RUN AWAY SECRETLY AFTER COMPLETING HIS TARGET AND ALL HIS OFFICES ARE ON RENT SO THAT NO CLUE OR CONTACT SHOULD BE LEFT BEHIND.

    No one can complete the task with an error count of 40 numbers in 600 pages to achieve an accuracy of 60%. And 60% accuracy only returns you the amount being paid.

      I had taken Data entry work from Param Enterprise and we registered paying 13000Rs, when we registered we contact only one person

      in company for all work like data request and other work. Its work fine for 2 months when i send a request for 3rd time that person left

      the company, we made lot of calls and emails on answer from other side. Then we closed over setup, we got lose of 50000 for setup that

      we made for that work. person that we are contacted having a separate email id. when i send a email to there other email id . That sale

      manager saw that we are not believe in phone call. as they maintain in agreement if first party fails of give data company will fund there

      amount.
      Don't take any work from this company they are having more branches like ..............
